Zur Fuse FX Website FAT, NTFS (experimental) NFS, SMBFS ISO9660 swap UDF Procfs, RAM disk ,FUSE ReiserFS EXT4 UFS (read only) XFS JFS BTRFS SQUASHFS 22.NTFS can be setup to support permissions, with some Windows-to-Unix userid mappings with a few mount options. For SSD and spinning disks, choose ext4 if you don’t have a good reason to choose some other file system. FUSE will always be slower than a kernel-based file system driver like ext3/ext4.
